Lecture At Mind Body Soul Exhibition in Colchester

We will be giving a FREE lecture at the Mind Body Soul Exhibition, in Colchester on Saturday 29th September, 2007, from 2:15 - 3:15pm in Room 2. Dawn will be discussing her forthcoming book Passage to Freedom and how to attain enlightenment and happiness. Further details of the lecture are below. Description of Workshop/Lecture: Dawn discusses the key to attaining spiritual enlightenment and finding your true intuitive connection, through right living, right thinking and practical and innovative meditation, visualisation and Reiki based exercises. In addition to the lecture participants will be given the opportunity to practise and learn two of the techniques from Dawn's forthcoming book Passage to Freedom.

Speaker Profile: Dawn Mellowship is an author, eco-stylist and Reiki Master. As well as treating a wide range of clients, she has taught Reiki to hundreds of students, helping them to transform their lives and use Reiki for the benefit of themselves and others. Dawn devotes her life to her own personal spiritual growth and promoting health and well-being to as many people as she can. Her Reiki work has been featured in a variety of publications including: Health and Fitness, Positive Health, Natural Health and Beauty and TNT. Dawn is also a journalist and as Features Editor of a health and lifestyle magazine called Tonic, she regularly contributed articles about poignant issues and living a healthy, happy lifestyle.

We are now running Reiki courses at myhotel Chelsea to provide easy accessibility for those close to Central London. Enfield Primary Care Trust Complementary Therapy Day

On Thursday 6th October we were invited to attend a complementary therapy day for NHS staff by our local Primary Care Trust. We provided fifteen minute Reiki taster treatments to around twenty four NHS staff over the day, many of them nurses and some of them doctors. We had a wonderful day and every one we treated gave us very positive feedback about Reiki. We helped people with a range of problems including: stress, bad backs, torn ligaments, depression, low energy. We also had the opportunity to spread awareness about Reiki, the science behind this healing system and how Reiki can be used to help any condition. 

New! Reiki Active Healing Workshops

We are now offering Reiki Active Healing Workshops for those already trained up to level II in Reiki. These workshops will demonstrate how to use the Reiki symbols effectively, in an active way to work on any condition. This will ensure that you are the providing the most effective Reiki treatments possible for  your clients and for yourself!

The Vitality Show

Natural Health and Beauty Magazine kindly invited us to give Reiki taster treatments on their stand  at The Vitality Show, The Grand Hall Olympia, Kensington on Friday 8th April, 2005. People came flocking to the stand to experience Reiki and we performed Reiki treatments on around 52 people during the day. Every single person we saw benefited from receiving a Reiki treatment.

Leaky Gut Syndrome

I am a sufferer of Leaky Gut Syndrome, a chronic debilitating condition that is little known by the majority of the public and much of the medical profession in the UK. The condition results in perforations in the gastrointestinal tract allowing undigested food, bacteria and other toxins to enter the bloodstream, causing a host of inflammatory and allergy type reactions all over the body. 

You can see in press releases I have written an article for Natural Health and Beauty Magazine about the condition and have now set up a website in the UK as an information resource for others who suffer from this condition or for those who would simply like to know more about it. The website is now up and running at www.leakygut.co.uk.
