We are two professional Reiki practitioners/teachers and authors, Andy Chrysostomou and Dawn Mellowship, dedicated to offering Reiki treatments and Reiki courses to all levels, in the traditional Japanese style of the founder Mikao Usui. This style of Reiki is known as Usui-do, which literally translated from Japanese means 'The Way of Usui.' Students have travelled from all over the world to attend our Reiki courses, including America, Austria, Jordan, Switzerland and Spain.

Reiki treatments take place at StillPoint Centre or at the Klinik in Liverpool Street. 

Our Reiki courses offer you a wonderfully unique, inspirational and enlightening journey of self discovery that will change your life forever. Reiki is very simple to learn and in two days you can become a qualified Reiki practitioner.  We combine a traditional, spiritual, holistic and simultaneously clinical and professional approach to our Reiki teaching and healing. We teach Reiki with the aim of preparing students for professional practice to the standard required by National Occupational Standards, while maintaining the Japanese traditions of the Reiki teachings. This differentiates us dramatically from other Reiki practitioners and teachers in the world today.

We run small classes for our Reiki courses to keep the Reiki training more personal and we have two Reiki teachers per Reiki course to better support the students on their Reiki courses. We provide comprehensive manuals on our Reiki courses and post-course support is included!

What Makes Us So Different?

We use Active Reiki healing to deal directly with the cause of your condition. This means that we channel Reiki energy at the correct frequency to counteract the presenting health problems. This is far more effective than passive Reiki practiced by many Reiki practitioners, where the Reiki healer acts as an inert channel, allowing the energy to define it's own course in the body, without any consideration for the clients particular conditions. We are here to provide you a service so if you come to us with a specific problem, that is exactly what we will work on!

We treat clients in a professional and honest way, taking the time to discuss presenting symptoms, exploring medical history, lifestyle issues and emotional traumas. We ensure that treatment forms are completed, agreed and signed by the client in order to monitor progress and to protect the client. We treat each individual that comes to us as whole. This is what makes us the best at what we do.

News and Updates

Dawn Mellowship's first book, Passage to Freedom, A Path to Enlightenment was published by O Books on 22nd February 2008. Passage to Freedom is a spiritual guide for life, offering advice and techniques to help the reader work towards happiness and enlightenment.

Dawn's second book, You Can Only Achieve What Is Possible, was published by O Books on 25th April 2008. Over fourteen chapters, this book challenges some assumptions commonly held by self-help experts, about our well being, all this ironically and neatly packaged in a self-help book.

Andy Chrysostomou and Dawn Mellowship's Reiki book, The Essence of Reiki, was published by O Books on 30th May 2008. Written with a love and deep understanding of Reiki, every detail is as precise and accurate as possible. This insightful book will guide you through the methods taught by Usui-Sensei.
